For a higher-education organisation, I developed a custom WordPress tracking integration that sent behavioural and transactional events through RudderStack to Customer.io.
The implementation supported lead nurturing, purchase communication and course-start reminders. It covered customer identification, anonymous activity, structured event data, form mapping, WooCommerce events, deduplication and technical debugging. The organisation later moved the work into its internal Microsoft Dynamics environment.
